How to move files into folders?

I am currently using "AutoCAD Web".  Why does "drag and drop" not work, when trying to move files into folders?  Why can I NOT move files into the folders that I have created? Also, why can I only open files, but I can't move a file to another folder, or rename, share, delete or download a file?  We should be able to rename folders, move folders, move files into folders.  Share, delete, or even download files (and folders).  Please fix this "AutoCAD Web" (AutoCAD 360 / AutoCAD Web / AutoCAD Mobile), and why is MOVE not one of the choices?

Straight Answer: it's never been an option, and still is not.

To move files and folders, you need to select it/them first, then an extra menu at the top appears, you then use those tools

BEFORE

SELECT

AFTER

That's all there is so far if you only wish to use this web-service.
