Command Prompt AutoComplete Prioritization Issues

So I've been using autocad for years, around a decade now, and have never experienced this when upgrading my autocad issue. I've just upgraded to 2022, autocad MEP. I transferred all my settings and options over, all my CUI custom commands and keystrokes etc... started to get to work and noticed the command line was prompting commands that weren't what I wanted. for example, I would type in "off" and quickly press enter because of muscle memory and get the command "offset face" when i expected "offset". well ok, I'm working in MEP so that makes sense, I got in the "input search options" and rearranged the priorities so that the architectural commands have precedent.

That was the prerequisite information to my current problem which is another command. one of my most used commands is typing "sel" which typically prompts with "select" and then typing "pre" which typically prompts with "previous".  the problem is I keep getting the prompt "selecturl" when typing "sel" and the command line isnt recognizing "pre" at all.

i cannot find selecturl in the cui at all.. which is strange, and im not sure how to remedy the new version not recognizing previously used shorthand.

has anyone dealt with this and found a way to re prioritize the command line?
