Hi!
After creating some layers, I converted them to mechanical layers.
But... if I use the layer filter, and set it to "Mechanical" layers only, the custom layers I created, despite I converted them to mechanical layers, doesn't stay after applying the filter. Only appear the default mechanical layer.
Therefore, I'm not sure if the layer status is mechanical or not.
The question is: how can I set a user layer as a real mechanical layer?
Check the video to clarify my doubts.

Hello,
If you want to handle the layer you created as a mechanical layer, you need to set it as an option.
Please try setting the layer you created in the following section of AutoCAD Mechanical.
Invoke OPTIONS command > [OPTIONS] dialog box > [AM:Standards] tub > double click Standard tree > [Standard Settings XXX] dialog box > pick [Settiongs...] button > [Object Property Settings] dialog box display.
Change the Layer set in this dialog box to the Layer created by you.
Best regards,
