Map 3D commands problem and reinstallation- after Mapclean repeat command

Hello every one,

I had this morning a problem on my main laptop (with Map3D 2020-2021 & Civil 3D 2020-2021).
I run the Mapclean command on Map3D 2020 to snap luster nodes (with polylines and blocks).

At the end of a clean up, I re-run very quickly with space button > no dialog box for Mapclean appears !

More, some commands such as Mapexport show dialog box, but without any option to select objects, options, etc...

More, FOR all my vertical products Map3D & Civil 3D, Mapclean and Mapexport don't run correctly.

At last, I have unsictall/reinstall all those Map-based products !

During this time, I have used a second laptop with same softwares installed.
I have run Mapclean functions on Map3D 2019 during many hours.
Until I re-run too quicly with space button to launche again Mapclean,
and same result: no dialog box for Mapclean apperas, error with Mapexport Command, etc ...
on all MAp-based products of this second laptop.

Any idea or solution for this problem ?

Once again, on my main laptop repaired

after clean unstall and reinstall of all my based-map products,

with all service packs and updates

I ran again maclean command

and againg after a space button action to repeat action,

MAPCLEAN MAPEXPORT dosn't recognize on all my based-map products.

I unsitall all those products, and reisntall only Map3D 2020 to continue my job...

For information,I open a case with the Autodesk Support.

Hi every one,

I found the solution:

on the second PC where commands as MAPEXPORT MAPCLEAN ... don't work

I didn't reinstall any MAP-based softwar

but I just kill register key AutoCAD MAP dialog extension
