Convert FDO/IM feature to Acad entity?

Hi,

is there any IM or Map API to convert an FDO (or be more specific an IndustryModel Oracle based) features to ACAD enteties?

I'm looking for a way to convert FDO lines to ACAD plines etc.

Also, for converting FDO to AutoCAD, I still use the industry model API as a middle man (even if I am not connecting directly to Topobase):

Autodesk.Map.IM.GeometryConverter.Fdo.Converter converter = new Autodesk.Map.IM.GeometryConverter.Fdo.Converter();

converter.ConvertFrom(some IGeometry object);

Maybe there's a direct route from FDO that I'm not aware of.

Hi Drew, many thanks for your reply. I had looked into IM API documentation beforehand and I noticed a few GeometryConverter classes but none for AutoCAD. So, I'm quite relieved that there is GeometryConverter.AutoCAD class ... Rob
