Dear Community-Team,
I was upgrated to 2019 LT. During my registration process I did not receive a text-message with the verification code.
Due to that reason I came into the 30 days trial, when I was on holiday. The 30 days have gone and my trial has ended now.
My local software administrator gave me a one year icence. He can see the licence in his system. But I can't start AutoCAD because my trial has ended. I can't get out of this mill. When I log into my autodesk account I can not see any products.
Since this problem with the verification code I received an new notebook and this notebook was also reinstalled two times.
