So I've already got this $(substr, $(getvar,ctab),5) which works how I want.
My problem is what if I want to get only the characters after a certain character in this case a dash
The problem is my tab could have two dashes in it
e.g
A2_5433-B-1 How do I get it to only show the 1 at the end and not B-1. Also these names can be of variable length
Using LT2016

Hi,
if you have a range of "between char 8 and 12", then it is possible by using IF
but totally random positions and variable length and a second (same) char,
it's not possible, not well enough.
