unable to install autocad lt 2009

unable to install autocad lt 2009 from the original cd. While installling it is giving the below error.
"system can not open the specified file. x86\support\vcredist\x86\vcredist.msi"

Bad disk? Did you try it on another PC? Are you trying to install this on a
MAC?

I tried with so many PC's. but still it is giving the same. I tried with Windows Xp Professional & Windows Vista..

I'm unable to install my new version of autcad LT 2009, The installation wizard indicates that I already have it autocad LT installed. I seached and deleted all autodesk files and folders including temperay files but still have the same problem. I'm running on Windows XP.
