text rotation in a new linetype

is it possible to keep text in a custom line type from turning upside-down
when making a line from right to left?

Yes it is. Set A=0(or whatever angle you want it to always be relative to the origin) for example:

*CURTAIN,Curtain Track ----C----C----C----C----C----C--
A,.15,-.08,["C",cg,S=.1,A=0,X=0,Y=-.05],-.08

that worked....now the text is not centered on the
line on the vertical or right to left lines

style="PADDING-RIGHT: 0px; PADDING-LEFT: 5px; MARGIN-LEFT: 5px; BORDER-LEFT: #000000 2px solid; MARGIN-RIGHT: 0px">

    The X and Y settings determine the location of the Text in the linetype. It might take some trial
    and error to get it right.
