Structure profile labels moving when opened in LT

I have been using AutoCAD LT 2024, white my coworkers use AutoCAD 3D 2024. I am able to get around every other thing that doesn't display correctly, except this. I cannot move the structure profile labels back to where they're supposed to be. It simply doesn't let me move them unless I explode it twice, then it makes the text pretty large. I am wasting a ton of time trying to find a solution to this. Has anybody else run across the same issue? See images below for reference. The first is how it's supposed to look (this is from a pdf) and the second is how it's showing up on my end. It's just shifting it up and I need to move it back down without having to go through every page and do it manually. Also, not all labels do that so I'm not sure what's causing just some to move.

Comparing a PDF to a DWG by chance?

Moving it back is not an option?

Was there a font substitution as you opened the file in LT? Unless you decided to hide that pop-up, there should have been an alert. STYLE command will show that too.

or a changed annotative scale?

Or... someone moved it from when the PDF/print was done until you got it? Looks like it to me.

The one from the pdf is how it shows up when someone with 3D creates a pdf. I should've made a pdf for a better comparison, but it shows up just like that. Also, when I look at the drawing on someone's computer with 3D, everything shows up correctly. When I double click it from LT, the properties box shows up. It will not let me edit or move it at all, unless I explode it twice. Again, I am working with LT instead of 3D so maybe I am just not able to work with this 3D object? It's hard to tell. Hoping someone found a way around this.

@nicoleYS37U I'm not sure what "3D" is you mention often and how that affects PDF output, but LT is still AutoCAD in that sense and you can rotate your UCS all over the place to view your content from any angle you want. PLOTting is 100% identical too.

You are welcome to share that DWG file here if you wish.
