Our company is just moving over to sharepoint but I'm struggling opening files directly in the autocad LT application. I can open in the web app and then click Open in Desktop. It does this but the web app then freezes saying Continue in Web or Retry Opening in Desktop. The application has opened.
Now when I work in the application, when I save it and go back to sharepoint, I have to pick Continue in Web. When I do this it then says a newer version is available. It then opens the latest version.
There must be easier ways of working on cad files using sharepoint. I don't want to use the app. I think its rubbish.
