PDFs plot to the bottom left

I posted this before, and tried the solutions provided. I still have had no luck with this issue. I again am reaching out for some help.

So the issue is whenever I try to PDF any document, the output places the PDF in the bottom left.

I have since done the following:

1. Soft reset my computer (keep personal files, delete all apps and settings).

2. Hard reset my computer (delete all files, delete all apps and settings).

3. I learned along the way that if I download AutoCAD onto another computer, log in with my credentials and try PDFing, the issue still persists.

Three pictures are attached.

First picture is a picture of a blank rectangle in the middle of paper space layout.

Second picture is the plot settings. The only input I made is the plotter choice. Which in this case is "AutoCAD PDF (General Documentation).pc3".

Third picture is the output that preview provides.

This was replicated on my second computer. All under the default AutoCAD install settings (for both). No plugins from any other program was involved, as this is the first thing I installed after a hard reset.

I also replicated this process (hard wipe - download autocad - log in - plot) for AutoCAD 2020, 2021, and 2022.

Another thing to mention is that this is occurring across three of my available systems. In-office system, remote work from home system, and my wife's computer which I used to check if the issue persists there too. It did, so my last guess is that maybe there is a plotter setting tied to my Autodesk account? I checked A360, and I have no dwgs or anything else uploaded to the cloud, and could not find any settings that my migrate from computer to computer. Where this ISN'T happening in my office is the other seven drafters on the team. I would try to use their account to try to narrow down my assumptions, but I do not want to "infect" them with this bug if that is the case.

Last thing to mention is that yes I am aware of the workarounds, and have been using them every day. Plotting to window, and centering to plot. Removing everything other than what is on the paper space in the layout, and plotting to extents, and centering to plot.

It looks like you are changing the paper size when it is time to plot. In your plot settings, you have a 'full bleed' paper size selected, but your layout is showing that your default paper size is probably set to use ANSI A or maybe ANSI expand A and you are changing this in the paper size selection drop-down when it is time to plot the layout.

The best way to use Layouts is having the paper size setup in the layout settings. If you right-click on a layout tab and select the 'page setup manager', select the Layout and then click on modify, and in the dialogue that appears change your paper size to the one you want to use. Press OK to save the settings then close the page setup manager, you should now see the viewport move to the lower left corner of the layout the same as you are now seeing in the preview window. Because you have changed the paper-size you now need to move your viewport to suit the new settings.

If you plot to different devices it is a good idea to have separate Layouts setup for each device rather than changing the default settings each time you plot.
