Layer not zooming

I'm working in AutoCAD LT and the newest layer is not zooming out with the rest of the layers, anyone who can help me?

You are inside a viewport now, so your cursor acts in modelspace!

Look to your statusbar below, click on [MODEL] to switch back to your paperspace [PAPER]

You blue object is in Layout Paperspace, i guess it is wrong there, it should be in MODEL
