How to mirror or copy and rotate dimensions for correct text orientation

Hello,

How can I copy dimensions from one elevation to another that is rotated on the Z axis in the USC?  When I mirror or copy and rotate, the text in the faces the wrong way.  When I try to rotate in properties, or change the Left-to-Right (or vice versa) any dimensions with a leader become overlapping.  I am trying to find a more efficient way to copy and paste dimensions throughout my drawing, but so that they face the correct directions. TIA

Use this variable, set it correctly, and your mirror issue with go away: give it a try

See attached, your own file, my mirrored content adjacent, is that what all you want to do?

Unfortunately no,  I have tried this method.  It then moves any dimensions on leaders to an incorrect position that strikes through the dimension text and I can't adjust it to read correctly in any leader position.
