Don’t use google image and find a higher resolution image
Consider the following:
If you really want to use the Google image, consider zooming in close when snipping.
Otherwise, look into High Resolution Up-To-Date Aerial Images like those offered by NearMap.
Note: You can use Nearmap imagery with Autodesk applications that have an FDO connection, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD Map 3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, Infraworks 360, Raster Manager and any other tools .

That doesn't look like a satellite image.
It's looks more like LiDAR. Or DEM.
Elevation data?
I second the set geolocation from map, it is under insert tab, then all the way to the right 'set location', after setting and clipping the map you can switch to 'fine' detail. Just make sure after you clip the map to turn the rest off before going to the layout to plot as pdf
