How are you using DIMSTYLE please? Color settings are in multiple places that you have to edit manually yourself first
OR... is AutoCAD/LT2025 just conflicting with your video card and you need to try some of these workaround fixes for now
1) Set GFXDX12 variable to 0 (that's a zero) then restart AutoCAD/LT: reverting to DirectX11 fixes similar problems for most users.
2) if still no relief then start GRAPHICSCONFIG command and change the 2D Display Settings pulldown from "advanced mode" to one of the other choices.
3) If all else fails, then turn off Hardware Acceleration as a last resort in the command noted in #2 above.

Sure.
Do this. Start a new file, create your own new, sensful named dimstyle.
Run SAVEAS, in file dialog - change the file extension to .dwt
Acad jumps to another folder
(Remember this path)
Save your own template(.dwt) file.
Start Command OPTIONS
First tab, search for file for QNEW, set your .dwt file.
Close Acad, test it again.

@barryR4JV8 Do you have your dimensions automatically put on a dimensions layer? If so why not change the colour of that layer
