copying text from excel to cad, keeping the same case format

Hi All

I assume this is a simple fix, hoping someone may be able to help in return for some internet points

when i copy a line from excel, say for example "6.7m W x 7.8m L"

i paste it in to cad and it into an AutoCAD table and it looks like this "6.7M W X 7.8M L""with all uppercase.

anyone know how to fix this?

In your MTEXT Editor do you have AUTOCAPS enabled? If enabled does turning off AUTOCAPS solve your case format issue when pasting text into a table?

How to turn off AUTOCAPS
