Cannot delete unused textstyles

Hello,

I've seen this question asked multiple times, but nothing seems to word for me.

I am trying to create a template for our company.

I just created a couple of different textstyles to use with different scales.

Now, after creating these textstyles, dimstyles and leaderstyles, I would like to delete the unused text styles.

Everytime I try to delete these textstyles a screen pops up saying:

"Style in use, can't be deleted"

I already tried purging, -WBLOCK, dxfin & dxfout to get rid of blocks, QSELECT to search entire drawing for the textstyles I would like to delete.

Nothing seems to work.

Is there a possibility to force delete the unused textstyles in AutoCAD LT?

Thanks in advance!

1. The style is not unused from the view of Acad LT

2. Except the manually edit, no.

Post a "empty" sample file, say what the name of the style is and we take a look

You checked your dimstyles before?

Not more you can do within LT (if you did all of that correctly), that means they are indeed still in use: you can rename them to use as your own, or just ignore them.

I think they are still in use.
I took an empty drawing with just the standard text style and inserted a couple of blocks.

I already created layout tabs with different drawing layouts for different paper sizes.

After copying every block one at a time in the drawing I now know in which blocks my "unused" textstyles are located.

It is a lot of work changing these textstyles, is there a fast way to change the textstyles to a different one?

Something like "BLOCKREPLACE" but for textstyles?

Thanks.

There are no text replace (or block replace) in LT. Just rename then to reuse them, or ignore them.
