Blank drawing screen AutoCAD 2018/19

Hi, i am trying to run AutoCAD 2018 (and i have tried to run also the latest version 2019) with a 64-bit operating system in Windows 10. The problem is that when i open a file or start a new project the drawing window is blank (also the mouse pointer is dimmed). It responds to the commands normally (for example: i can get a measure with the tool) but it's like there's a black image that hides the drawing window (just to give you an idea of the problem, is not really a black image).

I have installed and uninstalled the software many times but i can't get the problem solved, so i ask you what can i do.

Thank's anticipately for your help!

PS:the screenshot is on a software downloaded in italian, ask for any translation needed.

Greetings,

Filippo.

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Autodesk Community, and thank you for posting your question here in the AutoCAD LT forum.

It' s tough to tell from the screenshot exactly what isn't displaying properly, but based on your description, I would approach this as a graphics issue. Can you post screenshots of the windows produced by the ABOUT and GRAPHICSCONFIG commands? I want to check the product version and graphics settings to see if anything jumps out as a potential cause.

Hi, first of all, thank you for the reply!
Here attached are the screens of the two command windows you suggested. I
have to say that when i first downloaded the software, it ran perfectly,
then after some days, this problem popped up all of a sudden.
