AutoCAD - plot file path disappeared when printing to Bluebeam

I plot to Bluebeam to create a PDF. The plot was vertical so I changed it to landscape. I selected save the change versus save to a temp pc3 file. Now, when I select plot, it will go through the motions of plotting but produces nothing. I have searched my entire computer for a PDF plotted today to no avail. I have clicked on the plot details window that appears and the plot file path is blank. I went to the options command and confirmed the plotter configuration was correct. How can I get my path back on track?

BlueBeam support is over here https://support.bluebeam.com/

Consider including screenshots of the various pop-ups when you contact them.

I had the same issue.  This specific link solved the problem:

I tried this one first, but it didn't seem to change anything.  In case the "save as window never appears" doesn't work, this could be worth a shot:
