Hi @Anonymous

As a test can you turn off Hardware Acceleration in AutoCAD, you can use the command 3DCONFIG to find the option.

If this stops the crashing its likely your graphics drivers, try installing the latest or look here for recommended from Autodesk:

The error in the second picture is likely the result of the same issue.

How did you get on.

Did you turn off hardware acceleration in GRAPHICSCONFIG command as directed to do so earlier? Do it now on all PCs since you now seem to be replying on behalf of more than one user.

You need to find out what command/function triggered the problem, error messages mean nothing for most of us; if the crash simply happens all the time at the 10-minute mark, start digging on each PC and the server to see what happens every 10-minutes on those PCs or on the server.

One more time: The error messages mean nothing to anyone in these forums, we are not "autodesk" and those that are here are not from the program coding department.

You also need to ensure all LT2018 seats are fully patched and updated: current version in ABOUT command should shoe LT2018.1.2
