I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD LT forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
I believe these are included in AutoCAD Electrical Catalog Content but they are not available elsewhere from Autodesk. I did search a bit on the Internet and found this one site that might have some for free.
You might also search the Autodesk App Store to see if there are some libraries there that will work for you.
