And back to the topic: I don't understand your Problem!?
2017.1.2 is just a Hotfix for HP Drivers, no installation needed - just extract the files
and replace the original files (afters backup) with them, that's all.

Yes, but you asked about it because of 2017.1.2 and I explained it isn't possible to have
problems to install it, because there is no file to install something - so you don't need 2017.1.1 for this.
(How to get 2017.1.1 : Turn on you antvirus and antimalware and all other things and search for AutoCAD_LT_2017.1.1_Update_64bit.exe )
