AutoCad 2006 LT

I have been having trouble with my computer losing the licensing rights to the AutoCAD software. I have had to re-activate twice over the last 3 or 4 months.

When I tried to enter AutoCad today, my computer (when verifying my licensing rights) had an error that read...

"Cannot find file: ///RTPLACEHOLDER.HTML? PAGE=RTFAILURE.HTML! Make sure the path or Internet Address is correct."

Not sure what to do....Do I need to uninstall my software and then do a complete re-install?
