Have you tried a repair install of LT2002?
Also, AutoCAD/LT creates a Shared Folder with Autodesk content in it: that
needs to be erased.
Open the HELP file for LT2002 (just go to the HELP folder, and double click
on the ACLT.CHM file), look up Uninstalling LT for full details.
