Why won't my .pat work???

This is my first time creating a .pat file from scratch.  Can anyone tell me where my error is? Nothing shows up when I load the hatch. Below is the body of my .pat file and the file name is europeanledge.pat.

Change all your

41.00,00.00,

portions to the other order:

00.00,41.00,

because those displacements are in X and Y terms relative to the rotation angle of the lineset, not relative to 0 degrees.
