Uninstalling Autodesk Vehicle Tracking 2017

I am attempting to remove Vehicle Tracking from Autocad.  I do NOT use the program and have drawings that I am working on that require me to hit "OK" several times for each drawing.  The notification says, "This drawing file contains data produced in a newer version...".  It is removed from my computer and I have used the "cuiunload" comand and unloaded it from the cui which does remove it from the Menus, although I keep getting the notifications and after I close the program and open again, the Vehicle Tracking Menu has reloaded.  The program does NOT exist anywhere on my computer at this time and none of the tools in the menu work.  Please help.

Rkmcswain, yes, I did see that. This is for 2017.
Product version: N.212.0.0 AutoCAD 2017.1 Update
As the person in the post you referenced, I work for a large company and IT add updates as they see fit.

Have you tried to reset your AutoCAD yet? Otherwise talk to your IT, this may be a log-in restriction you have using an enterprise CUIx or ARG Profiles that autoload.
