Transferring 2013 PC license to a Mac

I have a PC with AC 2013 on it. We would like to transfer the license to a Mac. Is this possible and if so, do we just use the transfer tool? Thanks!

Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the community!

Great question! You will need to export the license if possible, then contact activation and registration with a request code.

Will you have a Windows OS on your Mac?

Are you aware that the Mac version of AutoCAD is different than the Windows OS version?

So AutoCAD for MAC is completely different looking than the Windows version.
2013 for MAC is also missing some core commands that were added with 2014-2015 for MAC, and no MAC version has express tools to date.

You sure you want to do all of this? Really sure?
