Title block aAttribute definitions

Hi, I have a title block in my paper space that I need to put name, date etc on but editing the attribute definitions doesn't show any changes. Not sure what I'm doing wrong, I'm a student learning this. Searched for but couldn't find the answer. Thanks in advance.

How are you editing the definition? 

If the changes are not present you can try a REGEN to insert the title block again.

I had been editing the title block in the block editor but just now tried double cicking on it and that worked! Sorry, it makes sense to me now!

We have all been there... i just cant seem to get away from there though haha
