Text offset Multileader

Does anyone know if it's possible to increase the vertical gap / distance between the mleader line and MText for the case in the attached picture.

Changing the "Line space style" property shifts it slightly (when using some font's), but not by much.

I've been through all the fonts and there's no font with a gap underneath that might push the text up.

I read a suggestion about a trick of adding a second line, then changing the line spacing, but that doesn't work.

The only think I can think of is maybe I can get a custom font? Or maybe is it possible in versions newer than 2018?

I believe what you want is to adjust the Offset from Dim Line in the Dimstyles Text area.

Please see the pasted image.

Hope this helps.

Had me excited there for a second. I really need this.

Unfortunatly it's a leader style, and not a dim style.

Nope.
Same through R2022.

Looks like you are ready to switch that to a Dynamic Block instead.

Thanks.

Yes that was a thought. I've integrated MLeaders into an application and it will take me forever to rewrite it.

It's not so bad I guess.

If you need guidance with dynamic blocks, then share your progress DWG files in the dedicated forum on the topic over here https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/dynamic-blocks-forum/bd-p/154

Same issue here. I just ended adding an extra empty line below, with a spacebar and a small text size....it sort of worked.
