Text is diffrent size from one computer to another

text in enhanced attribute editor is appears in a different size from one computer to another. Both computers are in the same drawing scale. Both computers have same text styles loaded, both heights are the same yet on one computer they are a much different size even though they both say they are set to the same size and style.

Can someone Help?

Is the text annotative? If it is you may have the incorrect annotative scale set on the drawing that is appearing incorrectly.

Probably because of the fonts, go to each dwg and check the style see if they both annotative.

I set it to zero, changed the scale of the drawing to match that of the annotative scale, the font corrected it self but after I saved closed and reopened it was just as it was before I changed it, still not sure how to fix this problem permanently

>>>...both drawings are at the same annotative scale as well..<<<
Not according to your screenshots: do yourself a huge favor, post a video of you opening this file "on the other computer", let us see the whole process, including but limited to you changing annotative scales, also identifying the STYLE being used then opening STYLE command for us to see what the settings are.

Use this freebie recorder https://knowledge.autodesk.com/search-result/caas/simplecontent/content/download-autodesk-screencast...

I cant download the screen recorder (work network wont allow me) I attached another screen shot of the enhanced attribute editor.  still not sure what I can do to fix this problem so when I  open the drawings up on the other computer they stay in the correct scale with out having to change the annorset everytime
