support file search path

why can I only add one support file path under options? i have always to re-open it to get another path added.

I don't have that problem even going as far back as 2020 through 2024.

Are you not allowed to click on the Add button to add more paths one after another?

that's correct. oddly, we have only one person in our team with that issue, all others are fine.

perhaps it's a windows user profile issue? To troubleshoot:

Try on that problem computer to sign in as another use that has no problem adding a path on his machine and see if the problem occurs with this user signed in.

If it doesn't, then have the problem user sign in on a computer that works and see if the problem is resolved or continues. If it continues, then it's a user profile problem.

Thanks Paul. we will try that. Otherwise, we will see if it happens when we update to the 23 version.
