strange text and dimensions

Has anyone seen this before? Very time consuming. It clears after regenall and zoom in and out. Below shows before and after refresh.

Your video card can't keep up with AutoCAD, the commands you note help kick it back on/help it catch up.

Share with us screenshots of your ABOUT and GRAPHICSCONFIG command pop-ups when you get a chance please, and confirm your OS.

Set GFXDX12 variable to 0 (that's a zero) then restart AutoCAD/P3D: reverting to DirectX11 may help.

If still no relief then start GRAPHICSCONFIG command and change the 2D Display Settings pulldown from "advanced mode" to one of the other choices.
