I have a 3d solid model comprised of several different 3d parts. There are times when I need to check distances while I have a Live Section through.
Is there a setting that will ignore the section plane when snapping to points? I know I can generate a section block and check it that way, but was hoping there might be a way around?
You can select the section, and in it's properties change the property "Live section" to no temporarely until you measure your distance, and change it back afterwards..
