Often, when I open a sheetset, no information is displayed. See attached pic for what is shown.
I am opening a lot of sheetsets created by people working remotely, but this seems to happen even with sets I've created myself. Sometimes I'm able to open my own, by I don't know what changes.
Looks like my problem exactly, thank you. Unfortunately, Autodesk did not provide the registry key for 2021 in the zipped folder. I'm going to attempt a reinstall.
