Because AutoCAD 2017 is already installed. Look for acad.exe in the following location: C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2017 

Once you find it double-click it to launch the application.

The problem is that I've deleted Autocad by incorrect way and now I try to
install it again. My PC think that program already installed but actually

Now I understand. You'll need to manually uninstall the software. To do this, see the link Manual Uninstall in my signature under Resources. This will guide you through the process of using Microsoft Fixit to remove the application data behind the scenes so you can reinstall it.
