Problem not displaying ECW Raster image in Viewport Layout when I rotate the map with the Alignspace command

Hi Dears

ECW Raster Image is not displayed when I recently rotate the map with the Alignspace command in the Viewport Layout.
where is the problem from?

Check your SHADEMODE = 2d.

Attach your raster by reference, instead of pasting it from a clipboard.

Try the following:

Re-embed the image into the drawing OLE image usually stick in place

1. Open the image in Microsoft Paint
2. Press CTRL-A and then CTRL-C to select and copy the image.
3. In AutoCAD, use the PASTESPEC command.
4. Select the option "Image Entity."

My photo has ECW coordinates and I imported it through mapiinsert. I did this with larger ECW several times before and I had no problem, but this is the first time it does not show the photo in the viewport layout!!!
