Try this link:

(Also, next time when needing support, asking nicely and not using profanity may help.)

Did you pay for phone support? It's an extra annual fee, above the basic default subscription fee as explained here (total waste of time to try the phone numbers posted by others): see advanced and enterprise priority http://www.autodesk.com/support-offerings/overview

If you have basic subscription, you can use the support link at your subscription portal here, top of the page, after you log in: https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/all

if you did nothing but buy a software, no subscription, then your support is either through here (type and tell us about the issue and someone will try and help if you can be descriptive) or repost here if its an installation or licensing problem only http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/installation-licensing/bd-p/24

And as noted by others, you can just help yourself here http://knowledge.autodesk.com/contactus/downloads-upgrades

So now you know how the world of software support works.

I find your posts highly amusing.  You come into these forums (that are for users of the product, not manned by ADSK personell) stomping around, acting all entitled and generally acting like a spoiled brat, and expect to get help.  It is unfortunate that you are not having a positive experience, but acting the way you do is not going to get you the help you desire.  You need to educate yourself about exactly what you have purchased and what benefits that purchase entails.  Until then, quit acting all entitled.

i an entitled, maybe more than most, I pay monthly.... and I have been using since 2000, AutoCAD that is..... So get off it.....

read below, I sent this to a AutoDESK rep....

Hear! Hear!

I just want my software that I paid thousands of dollars for and get back to work, I removed and uninstalled all of my order software to make way for this , I have been using AutoCAD since 2000. I just want to work.....

AutoDesk is making it harder and harder to get help. I purchase the Building design suite monthly subscription last night and I am not able to see it in my account window for download. I am missing two days of work trying to have it show up and installed. I should not have to purchase the extra service pack to have help downloading the software I purchased.  What do I do if I wanted a refund , I would prefer to download and keep the software but I am getting ripped off by not having my software available to me. I go onto the forums to try to get help , They say too bad so sad, I have mine... ... Chill Will.... Relax  Jack....... not nice right. where do I get help . Purchase the service pack to download the software. are you kidding..... I have been an autoCAD users since 2000 but, there are alot of new software take bit by bit market share , and now I see why. Even if I wanted the software I can't get it

Forum you mean Customer Service....... they spent a lot of money on maintaining these forums, I mean Customer service reps, excuse me...

Believe me, I will be out of here once I get my autocad to install.... or refund....

Help please,

User.....

Thank you,

Yes, it is indeed obvious that you act entitled; thank you for another example.

You should just contact your reseller and have them help you out.  You really do need to stop venting on the forum, though.  The vast majority of people that interact on these forums are not ADSK employees.  That being said, your behavior here makes you look like those old guys that yell at people about walking on their lawns.

I felt the same way calling my tlephone company and all I got was a recording repeated over and over without a live person.

BUT you have to relax a little.

Think for a minute, you bought it yesterday doesn't mean they took all of your money already, I bet you paid with Credit Card and you don't have to pay until later.

Trouble downloading, sure it's the internet problem, wait a little bit.

Chat down too, wait a little.

Screaming here, posted in every forums, AIN'T gonna get any anything done because we are here as USERS, not a thing to do with Autodesk

I aggree, this all reminds me of a cartoon I once saw, Tina Daffy's girlfriend was writing an e-mail to Copy Place's manager and then deleting it as a way of venting, Daffy thinks this is a great idea for letting off some steam and  accidentally sends an insulting e-mail to Bugs and everyone (except for Porky) he knows in which he tells them in "great detail" what is wrong with them. He mentions in the e-mails that Witch Lezah wasn't scary and Speedy shouldn't be called Speedy. Yosemite Sam also receives the email, but instead of angering him it inspires him to change his ways.

In the final scene, Yosemite Sam is hosting a book club at his home, surrounded by annoying patrons he finally snaps, leaving the room and coming back as his old nasty cowboy self. Before promptly kicking everyone out and tossing the books at them for good measure.

Thank you,

I'm sorry to say, but sadly AutoDESK is not in hell and cannot be reached there.

If I fully and clearly answered your question, please mark as a solution and / or share a Kudo.
