This is an AUtocad update-cloud glitch.

It is more likely a file issue. Good luck.

Frustrating to deal with Autodesk - Support in Australia from my experience is non existent. Time to evaluate Solid works. Does any one have any comments on their support

Yeah, thanks for your original text in my inbox. Lovely "stuff" to see first thing in the morning.

These phone numbers don't work.  Most of the options either go to lines that play fast-busy signals then disconnect, or the reception option goes to a mailbox that's full.  The only option that works is for sales and it takes you to a bunch of dim bulbs who read scripts about medical alert bracelets but don't listen to anything you say.  Don't waste your time with any of those phone numbers because they are being operated by scammers.

You can catch even more with manure, what's your point? HE is correct that Autodesk has made it almost impossible to get any human support. While this man (or woman) has missed a couple of days of work, I have about 20 people that can't work as of now. Deadlines don't move just because Autodesk has an issue on their end. If They would like to contact our clients and explain to them we need more time, and pay the costs associated with it, I'll stop complaining. Below is a screenshot taking this morning. You can see that they have removed specialists help across the board. That's a bunch of B.S. when we are spending hundreds of thousands, maybe millions now, on backbone design software that we can't even get support for.

And when the reseller has no idea how to fix the issue, who do you contact then?

@mperkins1975 Today you have to get passed the AI Assistant to talk to anyone, help yourself

Here are the ways to open a support case with Autodesk if you are on subscription to seek out Autodesk Support's help:
https://www.autodesk.com/support/account/manage/use/support#:~:text=com/plans.-,Contact%20support,-S...  (use the AI agent)

Or find and contract with (aka pay) a better experienced reseller that offers such support

https://www.autodesk.com/support/partners

OR... you could just ask around here in a new post unique to you (no me-too posts) or if it is a licensing issue then post in the I&L FORUM

Using AI assistants to handle Customer Service needs without providing options for non-AI support is not a good way for companies to give the impression that they care about their customers.

@randolf828 You are preaching to the choir my friend, 100% pointless, but very true. We are all end users around here.

For non-AI direct support, you need to be a high-value customer paying at a tier level most of us can't afford, but maybe you can

I'm in the same boat as you (and that boat isn't even animated) -- I'm not a high-value customer.  I had the Indie version for a while, and it was useful, but at the moment I don't need it so I presently don't have any licenses at all.

I don’t know how much this helps but here is the phone number to their sales team. I’ve been emailing with auto desk back-and-forth for over a week trying to get a refund for an accidental double purchase. They just keep telling me about their 15 day refund policy. I keep asking for a special exception because I just needed one product and not two. After getting nowhere with extremely slow email replies, I finally called the sales team, talked to a very nice lady, she told me that she doesn’t have the power to give a refund, but she was able to take down my information and send it on to higher management. I’m now finally getting somewhere. Just as a reminder this is the phone number to sales. These people are super nice, but they don’t have the ability to give you a refund, but they might be able to point you in the right direction or at least escalate your case to the right people. I just don’t wanna share this phone number and people be blowing up their phone screaming for a refund. So again, this is a SALES phone number: 1-855-522-4504
