Same question as he asked before, from this thread:

but about a Building Design Suite

Does anyone know how to resolve a remote access issue or should I be on another area? Now that I have the sweet suite installed I need to remote in. Thanks

This is why your posts get removed for spam.
It's not a bad idea, install a autocad product in any laptop then have checkout license to use it anywhere; maybe it already existed.
But he doesn't want to install in any of his laptop, then I don't have a clue except remote access.
and in all of the posts, no description of what the problem he's having actually is..... Might be a simple 10 second fix, no way at all to tell.
This is the error message I get. I installed Remote on both computer and get the message when trying to login
this is my window i am using to log in. looks great right. then BAM! nothing. can't log on.
If I wanted to make a lot of changes to my setting I would have just used Remote Desktop. The video for AutoDESK show a user enjoying a cup of tea while login in to Remote AutoCAD work from home while you work. WEEeeeee! like going do a hill on a bike smiling on a hot summer day..... this is Bull ****....
OK, I've never tried the Remote package, so don't have any suggestions off the top of my head. If I get a chance tonite - more likely later -- I'll -poke into the requirements for that.
How is the steven-pc connected to the internet? (I'm assuming yu're trying to access it from somewhere other than a local LAN or WAN link.)
help me with this please.
The computer that I want to access is my home computer-(power user station) and I want to use if from work-((firewall from hell) and nothing uder the hood)) My home computer is your local network provider. work is on a network.
Not sure if I have any more to add then that.
I'm am not useing I-PAD , apply doesn't play well with AutoCAD
pc to pc ..... not pad to pc..... or pc to pad or I'm getting confused.... NO PADS........
Read again please, did you buy Maya, Inventor, ..... the prog. that love 3d
You need to find an Authorized Autodesk Dealer near you and ask questions and demonstration before getting a heart attack.
no ... watch the Video man....
I purchased AutoCAD and Revit.... I want to log in to my home machine from work or from my cottage and draw my tail off.... if anyone has better idea of how I can remote in to my Powerful machine. let me know....I though Remote would be the best way after watching the video, drawing and drinking my tea ....
@PatchyPatchy -- looks like the Ipad app that's limited....
Best guess, especially since the OP mentioned 'firewall from hell', is that not all the necessary ports are opened on the networks. They'll need to be wide open on the componaay firewall, and also on the home router. Ports and domains needed are listed on the autodesk.com/remote-support page.
