Part of plan not loading.

Hello,

when we open a drawing plan some part of or title frame are not loading properly.

When I save the drawing it shows up properly. Anyone an idea how this comes?

Anyone any tips how to fix this?

In attachement the original file. The thing that disapears is a block. The things that stay visable are not in the block. These are dynamic blocks or things we should be able to adapt.

Hello,

The setting should be the same cause nothing changes.

The title frame is not totally gone but it is just not visibla. After a quicksave it pops up like nothing happened. But this title frame disappears a few times per hour when drawing.

Maybe this is a problem of the software we have from an external IT firm. Which we use on top of autocad.

That's a logical next step to explore since I have nothing like that with my setup.
