My System is very slow after installing Autocad

I am using PENTIUM D Laptop with 2 GB RAM with Windows 7. I am a new user of AutoCad. Can you help me in fixing this damage?

Should I upgrade my RAM to speedup my system?

What verion of AutoCAD, 2023? Is it just AutoCAD that is slow?

I am with @RobDraw  - you need a newer computer. 

Rough system requirements (minimum) as example for AutoCAD 2020: 

• Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit only), 8.1 (64-bit only), or 7 SP1 (64-bit only)
• Processor: 2.5 GHz (3+ GHz recommended)
• Memory: 8 GB (16GB recommended)
• Disk space: 6 GB.
• Display: 1920 x 1080 resolution with True Color.
