Multileader with tagbox and multiline text

Is there any custom multi leaders with the possibility of having a tagbox and a multiline text that stays as one object? Currently this is three different items and would like to make it as one.

You can create your own block to look/be whatever you want (in your case a multi-line attribute for the mtext portion) and add it as a custom MLEADERSTYLE if you cannot find a stock solution already available in MLEADERSTYLE command https://blogs.autodesk.com/autocad/multileaders-tuesday-tips-frank/
