Hi,
When creating a multileader style with all settings set to ByLayer, the created multileader still ends up in the wrong color as it is created ByBlock. What am I doing wrong here?
Thanks,

Hi,
you cutted out and blacked the mleader style name in dialog and palette 😞
so we can guess you compare 2 different mleader styles.
Or you didn't tested with a newly created mleader and your old one has property overrides.
Easy to answer all by having your .dwg,
but with a edited Screenshot only, we have to guess.

Last picture, first row:
This is the color of the whole Mleader object, that's nothing you controle within the mleader style.
Note: If you used a newly created mleader for this screenshot, it looks like your current color setting is "ByBlock",
what is really unusual - except you want to work for an our inside your blockdefinition.
[F1] CECOLOR -> ByLayer
