Multi-Users in SharePoint: Sheet Set Manager acting erratically

Do you mean you too have a multi-office location with SSM DSTs scattered across many servers and need help resolving it all?

Or something else entirely?

I'm sorry, I should have been more specific. 

My team and I are experiencing an erratic SSM. The scenario is: the SSM is hosted on SharePoint. The team of 10 people, who sit in the same office are trying to access the SSM. As they add sheets/rename them as they go, some of the renamed sheets are reverting back to their default names. So members are having to redo their work every few minutes.
