MS-Windows BMP image distorted when plotted

When plotting using MS-Windows BMP the image is distorted? when plotting to PDF or JPEG it works fine?

Any help will be appreciated?

2 suggestions:

1) Adjust the DPI output of the .bmp "printer" using properties or custom properties (I don't have that driver -Windows BMP.pc3- installed, so can't test)

2) output as high-dpi  jpeg or pdf, then use paint or similar photo editor to convert jpeg to bitmap, or Adobe or similar pdf editor, to convert pdf to bitmap.

Let us know if either of these work...

Thanks for suggestions, after tinkering around for a while I deleted the custom paper size and then re-added it and worked fine after that?
