Layout shifted in PDF

When I plot a layout with conceptual style to a PDF, it appears in 2 separate images. Those images are both separate clickable and copyable. But the problem is that the 2 images are shifted and not perfectly lined out.

if you zoom in the PDF viewer you are using, does that shift in graphics disappear?

No, it's still there. Even when I print the PDF it's shifted.

Do you have the 2020.1.3 update installed yet? ABOUT command will confirm: see attached test from my R2020 PUBLISH command, I don't see the jog here.

Is it possible that it has something to do with plotting to PDF? With settings do you use?

I simply used PUBLISH command with the DWG TO PDF option to create the PDF I posted here.
