I am using the layer toolbar and layer order is not the same as when I use the Layer Properties Manager (which have the correct order). Have tried to uncheck "Apply layer filter to layer toolbar", which results in a correct layer order in my layer toolbar, but then however all layers are visible in the toolbar.
I have tried searching the forum for similar problems, but to no avail.
