Measure area of 3d curved surface

Hello,

Please advise me on how to measure an area of a curved 3D surface, attached is one of my projects. I need to take the measurement of the curved roof area.

Impressive structure.

Just below the panelized roof is a BODY - presumably the geometry used to assist roof modeling.  That Body can be 'EXPLODE'd and the top surface can be isolated.  The 'MEASUREGEOM' command can then extract useful info:

Command: _MEASUREGEOM
Enter an option [Distance/Radius/Angle/ARea/Volume] <Distance>: _area
Specify first corner point or [Object/Add area/Subtract area/eXit] <Object>: O

Select objects:

Area = 1581992179.7823, Trimmed area = 0.0000 , Perimeter = 199386.4313
