In the 3d workspace, When I select an object Why does the cursor shape change?

In the 3d workspace, When I select an object Why does the cursor shape change? 

i used   autocad 2008 ,    in cad 2008    cursor  did not change 

but 

in  2023  cursor  was changed 

It's very inconvenient. can't i fix  this ?
